New Online Yoga Course!

So I've finally finished it! It's done... the baby is out! After lots of blood, sweat and tears (no blood actually but there was some sweat and a lot of tears at some stage) I finally managed to finish an online yoga course which I had planned for so long. And today I'm so excited to share it with you!

​It's been quite a journey and I have definitely learned a lot on the ways! From video editing to using microphones, from producing trailers to presenting in front of the camera. And of course watching myself on video along the way which has probably been the hardest part!

From an entrepreneurial point of view but also from a yoga teacher's point of view (I sometime's tend to separate the two...) this is a big step as I'm starting to venture into the word of online yoga with my first Udemy course.  

What is Udemy?​

For those of you who don't know Udemy, it's a great online learning platform and you find courses from webdesign to knitting, from improving your photography skills to training your dog! Well and also Yoga of course! 

Before I started producing my own course I actually bought a few courses on Udemy just to fully understand the platform from a student's point of view. The quality is really good as there is a minimum standard ​that has to be met before you're allowed to publish your course. With all courses you get lifetime access so you can watch the videos as many time as you want which I think is brilliant! 

You can also download a very easy to use app to your smartphone and access the courses whenever you want as long as you have an internet connection! ​

My first course - 14 Days of Strength & Flexibility​

​I created my course bearing in mind that everyone is busy and we all have very limited time to look after ourselves available. Not saying that we should just accept this but that's the reality! 

I produced 14 short videos (no longer than 20 minutes) and they are really there to support your on your journey to start, restart or maintain your yoga practice. The first four videos cover the basics and then after that we get into short sequences which you can do at any time during the day.

It's designed to build up your strength and flexibility over those 14 days and will help you to continue your own practice after that. ​

  1. I love practicing yoga as it helps keep my body toned but sometimes I do get lazy and could do with some encouragement.
