After two wonderful weeks in the South West of France I’m finally back on my blog and have got a little treat for you!
Yes I’ve been to the beach every day, drinking lots of good wine (that’s allowed on holiday!) and eating lovely food… but I’ve also been working very hard with my geeky husband who is very good at taking beautiful photos, filming and video editing! He is the one who goes on and on about the latest technical equipment, lighting, best angles and aperture which usually goes straight over my head but he certainly knows what he is talking about!
We have created a 20 minute yoga practice video which is aimed at anyone who is new to yoga or who just wants a gently and short practice. I have kept it really simple and hopefully easy to follow so am really hoping that you find it useful!
It’s filmed in my mother-in-laws garden and if you watch you will probably spot the cat who was always close by while I was filming!
I would love for you to try it out when you have a spare half hour to yourself (I know, it’s hard!) and let me know what you think!
Fantastic! I will definitely try and let you know. I am a complete beginner, and this is perfect for me! Thanks for sharing #FitnessTuesday
I hope you find it useful! Let me know how you get on
Really looking forwards to trying this. How exciting to have produced a video like this. I’ll comment again once I’ve had a go! #fitnesstuesday
Excellent! Let me know how you find it!
Love this Christine. It’s great.
Thanks Nisha! Glad you like it! X
I had been doing yoga since a while and its great. It does not matter whether you can fold forwards and touch your toes or whether you simply bend your knees and bend an inch forward, you are breathing and moving and will reap the benefits.
Absolutely! I completely agree with you! You don’t have to be flexible to start yoga… but you can be certain that it will increase your flexibility!
Hi,
I love a bit of stretching. I’ll try and have a go 🙂

Excellent! Let me know how it goes! X
This is brilliant. I do yoga at home and have done for about a year now. I’m too nervous to go to a class at the moment and use an app on my ipad. The app just goes from pose to pose though and doesn’t show you how to move into them through a sequence. I’m going to log off and try this now! 😀 xxx sundaystars
I’ve never tried an app but should really give it a go! Let me know how you find the video! Hope you find it useful x
Sounds like you had an amazing holiday! This video is great – I used to practise yoga 5 times in a time before children and this is a great beginners guide. Will give it a go during a nap time lol #sundaystars
Thank you! Hope you enjoy it x
I need to get back into Yoga, so this just perfect! Thanks for posting x #sundaystars
Thanks for stopping by! Hope it will help you to get back into practice! x
This video is brilliant. I love yoga and always like to try following new yoga workouts. Plus, I love the cat running around in the background. It makes the film even better. Thanks for linking to #SundaysStars. Hugs Mrs H xxxx
I have never done Yoga before so this would be perfect for me to do as a beginner
Looks like a great introduction, will try it later!
