Welcome to our 15 Day Yoga Challenge

Maybe you’re a bit tired of your own practise and want to go back to basics or maybe you’re a complete beginner. It doesn’t really matter as wherever you are you can join us in this 15 day yoga challenge.

If you have an Instagram account then follow us on @yogaberry.uk and @yogawithzaz and post your pictures every day using the hashtag #letsdoyoga. There are amazing prizes to win from our lovely sponsors Natural Health Star and Yoga Will Save The World.

Don’t worry, the poses are going to be easily accessible for beginners and we will show lots of modification and ways to get into them without being super strong or flexible!

It wouldn’t be called a challenge however if there weren’t any challenges along the way!
