Yin & Restore Workshop

26th June 2022 at 3pm-6pm in East Molesey 

Restorative Yoga is a wonderful way to rebalance the body and mind, release muscle tension and help the body to restore and heal. It can help with insomnia and especially those who suffer from chronic stress.

Join me for 2 hours of bliss and deep relaxation in restorative yoga poses that will involve using props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks.

This workshop is open to all levels from beginners to more advanced practitioners. Modifications will be available whenever a pose is not accessible to your body.

Yoga for Scoliosis Workshop

17th July 2022 at 11am-5pm in East Molesey 

Can yoga improve scoliosis? What do we need to be aware of when practising yoga with scoliosis? What are the benefits of yoga and how can we practice safely with scoliosis? 

Join me for this full day workshop to explore the benefits of yoga for scoliosis. Maximum of 12 participants will leave lots of time and space for questions and to help you develop your personalised home practice. 

In this workshop you will learn:

  • how to modify your yoga practice for scoliosis 
  • how to manage symptoms of pain and discomfort
  • do's and don'ts for scoliosis
  • how to create your own home practice

Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. The workshop is open to yoga students, yoga teachers and trainees.
