Movement for scoliosis should be personal, supportive, and completely tailored to what your body needs right now. That’s why I offer Personalised Coaching Programmes — one-to-one guidance designed specifically for people with scoliosis who want clarity, confidence, and results.

Group classes can be wonderful for community and motivation, but sometimes your spine needs something more individual. In your first session, we’ll look at your history, assess your posture and curve pattern, and set clear goals together. From there, you’ll receive your own printable practice plan and, if needed, a personalised video so you can continue safely between sessions.

To see meaningful change, consistency is key — which is why these coaching programmes run over 4 or 12 months. We’ll focus on the most beneficial movements for your curve, helping you improve posture, reduce pain, and feel stronger and more at ease in your body.

Sessions take place online via Zoom or in person at my home studio in Chertsey, Surrey.
