I knew that he was suggesting one pose in particular &#8211; side plank. I knew he was suggesting to practice the pose one sided on the convex side of the curve and had seen really good results!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But what about s curves? What if there is a curve on both sides? For a long time I practiced the pose on both sides for that reason and suggested the same for my clients.<\/p>\n<p>I do get a lot of questions about this topic in my Facebook Group which is why I decided this year to finally clarify the confusion and what better way than to talk to Dr Loren Fishman himself!
