It is great to practice in a group and experience the connection and energy of everyone on the room but sometimes we just need to connect with our own, very individual needs \u2013 especially when it comes to scoliosis.During your first session we will go through your medical history in detail and will set specific goals. After an initial assessment we will get started with the practice and finish each session with a summary of what to practice before we see each other again.To get the most of our time together and see results it is important to work consistently which is why the packages below are valid for a limited time only.
