"My yoga sessions with Christine were fantastic. Having never practiced yoga before and as a scoliosis sufferer, I was slightly apprehensive but Christine quickly put me at ease and tailored each session to my needs/limitations perfectly. She was very knowledgeable about my back condition and this was a real positive for me. I've seen noticeable results after just 3 sessions and would highly recommend Christine. She is experienced, passionate about yoga and an excellent teacher

I really enjoyed my one to one yoga sessions with Christine. She always took the time to check that I was feeling OK and if I had any stiffness or pain, she amended the session so that each pose was comfortable. I was always left feeling relaxed and much less stiff, as well as energised
