Balancing Yoga Workshop

Join us for this two-hour Saturday morning workshop where we will be exploring and improving our balance!
This workshop is open to all levels from beginners to more advanced practitioners. Modifications will be available whenever a pose is not accessible to your body.
Family Yoga Workshop

Family life is busy... With school, after school activities, birthday parties on the weekend etc there is not much time left. Family Yoga is a great way to re-connect and learn something new together as a family.
During the class we will learn different yoga poses, breathing and mindfulness exercises. We will stretch, move, dance and relax together - a wonderful way to connect and get fit and healthy together as a family.
Price: £12 for a family of two, £14.50 for a family of three and £17 for a family of four
All four of us love family yoga with Christine - it's a highlight of our Saturday morning. It's a chance to do something "good for the soul" together. Inversion & Headstand Workshop

Join us for this two hour yoga workshop in New Malden where we will be focusing on inversions and particularly working our way into headstand in a safe and supported way. This workshop is suitable for beginners working their way up towards headstands and intermediates wanting to improve their technique.
If the last time that you did a headstand was when you were 8 years old then don't worry... we'll get you to be more confident and ready to enjoy being upside down!
We will start with warming up our bodies, work on our inversions and finish with 30min of relaxing Yin Yoga.
