My Captured Moment – The White Cliffs of Dover

There is a playground and a TV corner on the boat so the kids spent most of the two-hour transfer there but before we still managed to capture this lovely moment when they looked out of the window to see the cliffs of Dover.

…actually I think Leo was licking the window at that moment and Maya was kissing her own reflection but it’s much more magical to think that they were admiring the sea and the scenery! It’s definitely my favourite picture of the journey!

Oh and by the way, if you ever take the ferry take a packed lunch because you will find Central London hotel prices (not quality) on the boat!

  1. Ha! I prefer your version of events too! The White Cliffs of Dover are pretty spectacular and it’s fab you have captured it to show them later. Thank you for the great tip re: the ferry too x

  2. Love this…as we were travelling from Dover to Calais just the day before yesterday and I got some similar pictures of the kids and cliffs! There is nothing like the White Cliffs of Dover is there? #MyCapturedMoment
