so here is a little something I’ve been working on for the last few weeks (you can tell when this was filmed on the left side of the screen :-)).
This is a three weeks series for complete beginners or anyone who is looking to get back into yoga after a (baby?) break.
Yoga for Beginners – General Fitness & Core
After I had my second baby I felt my core muscles had virtually disappeared. I felt really weak initially but managed to build up my core strength bit by bit. The key was to start gently and then gradually build up the practice which is what I was trying to get across in this series.
This week is a very gentle practice and you will find that it gradually increases in difficulty! I won’t post all the videos on my blog so if you are interested in finding out about part 2 and 3 please make sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel.
