12 Minute Morning Yoga Practice

And here it is… my first ever YouTube video of a short morning yoga practice sequence!!! I can tell you this was not easy and I learned a lot. Mainly to do everything a lot slower! And practice the script… a lot…This sequence is an upgrade of my 8-minute-tired-mummy morning practice so a little bit more detail and of course you can practice alongside me! If you are a complete beginner I would recommend watching the video once before you attempt to do the poses with me. If you are quite experienced you will hopefully find it really easy to follow!

So I hope you enjoy this and do let me know how you got on if you used it for your morning practice! Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!

    I want to see more. What about some exercises for pregnancy and birth as well as one for the postnatal physical recovery? I know you already did blog posts on those topics but video clips make them more lively which and I can do the exercises alongside with you 😀
